The Upper Columbia Conference Human Resources department partners with our Conference, churches, schools, local ministries, and office departments to assist with their employment needs in the following areas:

     *  new employment processing
     *  changes of job responsibilities
     *  remuneration scales
     *  employee benefits (including health care, insurance, paid leave, FMLA, etc)
     *  maintenance of employment records
     *  retirement processing
     *  consulting for compliance with federal and state employment law
     *  worker’s compensation
     *  background screening for volunteers and employees
     *  policy manuals

In addition the HR Office is responsible for the day to day operation of the UCC office facility including maintenance and office staff management.
